You have far more capacity to create the circumstances and events in your life than you are aware of. – Bob Davis
After setting up his own successful process serving business, Michael Reid noticed a couple of basics steps that lead to his company’s success:
When you visit Michael’s company website, one of the first things you see is an offer for a free “California eFiling Handbook.” He recommends that each business offer something valuable for free to their potential clients. The thought of writing a book to give away can seem intimidating to many, but business owners can provide value in many other ways. Brainstorm ways that work for you, whether it’s creating a blog, a detailed article, or even a video that shares valuable information with potential customers in a concise way. This is the kind of lead generation that builds relationships with potential clients even if they don’t immediately invest in your services.
Automating your processes improves the experience of both you and your customer. It enables you to spend less energy on time-consuming and menial tasks, like data-entry, and more time in the field. Think about the things that take up your time, even if it’s small things like updating your customer list or sending text updates. You can automate many aspects of your business process, saving you time and money in the long run. Keep reading for more tools that can help you automate your business.
While this step isn’t the focus of Michael’s webinar, it is still important to touch on. Optimizing your company’s traffic entails marketing in a way that brings relevant potential customers to your site. You can do this through things like social media and website design.

If there’s something that can be automated, why wouldn’t you automate it so that you don’t have to do it and you don’t have to pay your employees to do it? – Michael Reid
